Welcome to Cheap Lead Generation. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) cover your use of our website and the services we provide, including B2B lead generation, market research, competitor research and related services (together, the “Services”). By using our website or our Services, you agree to these Terms.
02Our services
Cheap Lead Generation provides business-to-business (B2B) data and research services. Our main offerings are targeted lead lists, market research, ICP and buyer persona research, competitor research, product research and keyword research. We’re committed to delivering accurate data that helps you reach your sales and marketing goals.
03Your responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Give us accurate and complete information about your business and target audience, so we can deliver the Services properly.
- Use the data and leads we provide lawfully and ethically, following all anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to you (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR).
- Not resell, share or pass on our lead lists or research reports to any third party without our written permission.
- Pay on time for all Services, as set out in the agreed project scope and invoice terms.
04Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the methods we use to build our reports and lead lists, belongs to Cheap Lead Generation.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the final reports and data we deliver for your own internal business purposes only. You may not copy, change or create new works from our own processes or materials.
05Payment and fees
All fees are set out in a formal proposal or agreement before any project starts. Full payment is due when the project is complete, unless your agreement says otherwise. If a payment is overdue, we may pause or end the Services.
06Limitation of liability
We work hard to give you the most accurate, high-quality data we can. Even so, Cheap Lead Generation can’t guarantee specific business results, conversion rates or sales from the leads we provide.
Our liability is limited to the total fee you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
07Ending an agreement
Either side may end a service agreement if the other side breaks these Terms and doesn’t fix the problem within a reasonable time. If an agreement ends, you still need to pay for all Services delivered up to the date it ends.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. If you keep using our Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
