This project involved competitor research for a new accountability app targeting individuals pursuing PMP certification. The research focused on identifying existing apps, communities (online and offline), and other resources that promote goal achievement in various fields. The goal was to understand the competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and target audiences of similar offerings.
