Due to the nature of our services, which involve extensive research, data compilation, and manual labor, payments for services rendered are generally non-refundable. Once a project is completed and the data (such as a lead list or research report) has been delivered to you, we cannot issue a refund.
3. Situations for a Refund or Credit
While our services are non-refundable in most cases, we believe in fair practice and will review refund or credit requests under the following specific circumstances:
– Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service or data within the specified timeline due to reasons solely attributable to us, you are eligible for a full refund.
– Significant Data Inaccuracy: We guarantee a certain level of data accuracy, which will be defined in our project proposal. If the delivered data contains inaccuracies (e.g., an email bounce rate) that significantly exceed the agreed-upon threshold, we will first offer to revise and replace the inaccurate data at no extra cost. If we are unable to rectify the issue, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project before its completion, any refund will be based on the amount of work already completed. You will be billed for the work performed up to the point of cancellation, and any remaining balance may be refunded.
